Laserit Ltd have been supporting our customers with fabrication services for over 30 years offering for light to medium size fabrications ranging from the simplest weld nut fittings through to complex fully welded assembles.

Based out of our Bristol facility we service our client fabrication requirements in the immediate Bristol, Gloucester, Swindon, the South West and South Wales area but also supply bespoke metal work, fabricated sheet metal and assemblies throughout the UK.

Many of our clients make use of our latest inhouse CADCAM (Lantek & Solid Works) systems and sheet metal working knowledge to develop their complex sheetmetal fabrications in a variety of materials.

Our fabrication capacities include; pulse Mig(Metal Inert Gas) & Tig(Tungstun Inert Gas) MAG (Metal Active Gas) welding, Robot welding, Folding/Bending/Forming/Pressing/Fly Pressing, Rolling, Tapping(Threading), Deburring, Vibratory deburring, Rumbling, Brushing, Dressing, Deburring, Grinding, Drilling, Orbitaling, Inserting, Countersinking (Csk), Powder coating, Powder Paint application, Wet paint application, electrophoretic coating, zinc plating/zinc coating(Zn8/Zn12) and galvanizing, Adveling & Heat treatment.

Typical Fabrications include; Vessels, Chambers, Tanks, Electrical Cabinets, Security cases, Skids, Machinery assemblies, Frames and all Bespoke fabrications.

Materials; We work in an extensive range of materials inclusive of Mild steel (S275 sheet & plate stocked other mild steels available upon request). Aluminium, Stainless Steel (SS304 & SS316 Stocked, other grades available upon request). Hardox, Titanium, Corten.

Aluminium ( Alu/Ali)

1050, 5251, 5083, 6082, Condition 0 (Zero).

Titanium, Brass (CZ108), Inconel.
